Hi everyone, I'm Jardel Gonçalves.

I'm a full-time Software Engineer passionate about building useful and elegant solutions.

Over the years, I've been fortunate to receive help from amazing people — now it's my turn to give back and share what I've learned along the way.

In the midst of kneading dough and debugging code, this is where the pizza and tech worlds collided, giving birth to a new career path.

I was born in 1996 in Quixadá, Brazil.

After finishing high school, I worked as a pizza maker for 2 years. It was something I had decided I wanted to do because I loved it and still do. In late 2018, I graduated in Computer Networks from the Federal University of Ceará, and in early 2019, I officially started my career as a programmer.

At the beginning of my career as a programmer, I decided that I wanted to become an expert in JavaScript. One of the reasons for this choice was the fact that JavaScript is the most popular programming language in the world. I knew that mastering other areas of development would only be a matter of time for JavaScript.

During my graduation, I dedicated countless hours to studying JavaScript. In my first professional experience, I worked with server-side JavaScript (Node.js). However, as I explored and engaged in Front-End activities, I felt extremely satisfied and realized that I wanted to specialize in this area.

Over the past 5 years, I have gained extensive experience working with various technologies, becoming familiar with various methodologies, and participating in teams of different sizes. During this time, I realized that it was not necessary to become an absolute expert in JavaScript to achieve my goals. I believe in the power of "teaching to learn", and nowadays, I feel excited to share my knowledge with others.

As a Front-End enthusiast, I am constantly exploring new tools and frameworks, experimenting with different development approaches, and seeking ways to create interactive and engaging experiences for users. I believe that the combination of strong technical skills with a user-centered approach is the key to developing high-quality web products.
